If you have a special event coming up and want move your schedule to another day, please keep us informed! Just notify us by text message or email, a minimum of two business days before.

 If there is a heavy rain or thunderstorm, we will wait for a while, and if it pass will continue to do.
If the rain persists during the day, we will reschedule your service to the following business (or weekend) day.

Our crew starting each morning around 8am and finish after 6 or 7 pm from Monday to Friday. On special request we can do the lawn cutting on a Weekend too. If possible, we always use battery operated equipment to minimize the noise and dust.

Lawns are mowed 27 times from the first week of May thru the end of October.

The cutting hight is 2.5” in the spring and 3” during the summer months from mid June to end of the August.

Conditions that cause the growth of annual grassy weeds are over watering or light, frequent watering, a mower blade set too low or compacted soil. Proper lawn care is the best solution: Feed regularly your lawn. Water deeply. Watering deeply and infrequently helps your lawn grow deeper roots so it can better compete with weeds.

For most lawns, applying fertilizer twice a year is enough to keep your grass green and healthy. Precisely when you apply fertilizer depends mostly on the type of grass you have.

Our goal is to make sure all parking lots, entrances and driveways are accessible all day throughout the winter. During night snowfalls we strive to complete all properties by 6:30 a.m. We start the snow cleaning only above 20 mm of snow thickness.
